*CUSTOMER POLICY & NO REFUND POLICY
Our intent is for each customer’s satisfaction.
- We will gladly adjust any service you receive within no later than 4 days but must be reported within 2 days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you call and return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction or we will reschedule you with the stylist who performed the initial service.
- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS!
- If problems are reported after 4 days it will be corrected for an additional charge.

AT THE MOMENT: ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A $25 DEPOSIT, SO PLEASE CALL THE SHOP TO PAY YOUR DEPOSIT, AFTER BOOKING TO SECURE YOUR SPOT. YOUR DEPOSIT IS SECURE FOR A WEEK, IF YOU CANCEL TWO DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT YOUR MONEY WILL NOT BE REUSABLE AFTER ONE WEEK AND ALSO IF YOU DON’T BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITHIN THAT WEEK. NO REFUND AND NO TRANSFERABLE OF DEPOSIT FOR NO CALL, NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION LESS THEN 48 HOURS.
Call the salon for more details. Hair is only included with selected styles (and is noted within the selected styles section). Preferred payments: Cash, Zelle, and CashApp. Payments with debit and credit cards incurs a $3.00 fee on top of taxes. NO TAXES OR FEES WILL BE ADDED WHEN YOU PAY IN CASH!
